Invitation: Symposium with Professor Giovanni Dosi
Welcome to a symposium that summarizes four decades of research on the dynamics of economic development! Professor Giovanni Dosi will share and discuss his insights from more than 40 years of research of technological, institutional and organizational change. The main findings from this research program are summed up in his book The Foundation of Complex Evolving Systems that is being published in 2023 by Oxford University Press. The book, its insights and implications as well as potential controversies, are the centerpieces of this symposia.
We particularly invite early career scholars with an interest in economic dynamics, and in how economic development is driven by knowledge accumulation, innovation and entrepreneurship.
